hire you or not 11/30/10

If you go apply in a job and your a smoker i think the manager could decide to hire you or not. In the reason of being obese or not the manager shouldn't criticize you or the person that is over weight. I think that the manager should go more for how they act and how they respond to their questions in the interview not if they smoke or are over weight. The manger are always going to take in mind if there smokers or not that always happens to everybody in a job.
